On December 13th, media outlets reported that the movie Secret: Untold Melody will be released in Korea in January 2025.

This drama is a remake of the 2007 Taiwanese movie titled "Secret" starring Gwei Lun Mei and Jay Chou.

17 years later, Korea remade the Korean version of the movie which will star Doh Kyung Soo, Won Jin ah, Shin ye Eun and Kim Wook.

Then what is the plot of this movie itself.

As we know, if you have ever watched the Taiwanese version, this drama is so sad, with a romantic twist in it, making us take a long time to move on from the movie itself.

This movie tells the story of a man named Yu Jun (Doh Kyung Soo) who is a pianist with a very promising future, but because of an injury Yu Jun had to give up on his dream, Yu Jun returned to Korea to undergo treatment.

Yu Jun decided to return to university and continue his studies, and that's where Yu Jun met a girl who also played the piano in the music room.

Jung Ah (played by Won Jin Ah) is a mysterious girl who plays the piano, in this old practice room Jung Ah also met Yu Jun, and became her chance again to return to something bigger in her life.

Secret: Untold memory is directed by Seo Yoo Min who also directed many dramas, including

what are you waiting for, let's discuss it right away.

The Chinese historical drama Brocade Odyssey, starring Tan Song Yun, Zheng Ye Cheng, Jing Chao, and Chen Xiao Yun, among others, has confirmed its release date for November 30. 

As for Tan Song Yun, we saw her last in her drama which aired a while ago. 

As for Zheng Ye Cheng himself, it has been a long time since his last drama in 2023, namely Desire Catcher.

     Adapted from Zhuang Zhuang's novel "Shu Brocade Family," Brocade Odyssey follows Ji Ying Ying, a young lady from the Huanhua Dyeing Workshop in Yizhou, entrusted with the family's secret dyeing formula during a critical time. The story portrays her efforts to bring the Shu (an ancient Chinese Kingdom) brocade to the Silk Road. Despite facing threats, Ji Ying Ying remains unwavering and resolute in her efforts. Later, she spreads the unique weaving and dyeing techniques of Shu brocade overseas.

Ji Ying Ying (Tan Song Yun), the young daughter of the Ji family, was gifted with intelligence and a passion for silk dyeing. Her talents gradually began to shine.

Yang Jing Lan (Zheng Ye Cheng), the son of the prestigious Yang family, returns after years of studying abroad, bearing the title of Jin Guan (Brocade Officer). Though dismissed as a "short-lived official" in a token position, this seemingly frivolous young master lies low, maneuvering carefully to uncover the truth behind an unsolved mystery from years ago.

As Nanzhao's encroachment intensifies, Yizhou faces turbulent times. Ji Ying Ying courageously steps forward, risking her life to protect the artisans under her care. Meanwhile, Yang Jing Lan ventures into Nanzhao, joining forces with Ying Ying to negotiate with their enemy. Together, they revive the brocade industry and leave behind a legendary tale of Shu brocade.

Jing Chao plays Cheng Feng Ze, the son of the former king of Nanzhao. He was born to a lowly weaver woman abducted from Yizhou. This lineage doomed him to be ineligible for the throne. Growing up under Nanzhao's brutal ethos, Cheng Feng Ze developed a cruel character. He abhors weaknesses and relies on strategic acumen to achieve his goals.
